BS Yoga Studio Offerings

Ongoing Classes

Our ongoing classes offer you a consistent time and teacher. You can count on these regular classes to be on our schedule - so you can plan yours!

Ongoing classes can be purchased as a drop in class or with any class pass or unlimited membership.

Class Series

Our Class Series are pre-register specialized small group classes that provide individual attention and specific therapeutic yoga practices to meet the goals of the series theme.

Class Series run consecutively for 4 or 6 weeks, meeting 1 to 3 times weekly.

Many of our Class Series are Group Yoga Therapy classes which are a nice way to try yoga therapy and see how you can benefit.

All of our Class Series teachers are RYT500 or Yoga Therapists with advanced training. Creating community and building relationships is an important part of our class series programming.

Workshops

We offer a variety of workshops that range from healing sound baths, to functional movement, to solstice and equinox celebrations and much more.

Take a workshop for a deep dive into our variety of yoga, healing, and self enrichment based educational themes.

You'll find your favourite teacher from our ongoing class schedule, our series class teachers and our yoga therapists leading our workshops, as well as many guest teachers who come by invitation.

Cultivate personal growth and health goals - enjoy a fun experience with a group of friends - or attend a workshop with a family member nurturing a fun learning experience together.

1:1 Yoga Therapy Services
Yoga is a powerful practice for cultivating strength, balance, and inner peace AND 1:1 yoga therapy takes this ancient wisdom even deeper.
Unlike general yoga classes, which are often structured for group settings and broad accessibility, yoga therapy is a highly personalized practice. It integrates the principles of yoga—movement, breathwork, meditation, and philosophy—with therapeutic techniques tailored to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Yoga therapy is for everyone, but it is especially beneficial for those navigating: Chronic pain conditions, PTSD, anxiety and depression, Injury recovery or mobility challenges, Stress-related disorders and nervous system dysregulation, A desire for a deeper -more intentional healing experience -or an individually curated approach to physical/mental-emotional/spiritual health.
At its heart, yoga therapy is about resourcing you with empowerment—1:1 Yoga Therapy meets you right where you are at - in yoga therpay we don't go about “fixing people” but rather - we go about guiding people toward a state of greater and greater balance, ease, self awareness, self-compassion and vitality through the premise that you already are - and always have been perfect, whole and complete.
